Refund & Returns
We offer a 7-day return period for eligible items. To request a return, contact us at catanachs@catanachs.com.au
To be eligible:
• Item must be unused, unworn, in original condition
• All packaging, certificates and receipts must be included
• Returns must be approved before shipping back to us
Online purchases may be returned to our Armadale store or via secure post.
We cannot accept returns for:
• Custom pieces, special orders, or personalised items
• Sale items
• Gift cards
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank to process the refund.
Damage / Incorrect Item
Please contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
